Virus / Spyware Removal
What we include along with the Virus / Spyware Removal:
- Install security software: anti-virus, anti-spyware, and firewall (sold separately)
- Remove viruses, spyware, malware, adware, rootkits, worms, trojan horses
- Restore normal operating system functions
- Repair any boot & shutdown issues
- Install all operating system Service Packs & updates
- Uninstall any unused or unwanted software for performance issues
- Setup correct user accounts with passwords and restrictions
Note: A PC that is severely infected can take 1 to 4 hours to clean. In some cases when the infection has left to system completely unstable, it's best to backup the data and completely reinstall the OS.
Rouge Programs
There are many programs out there on the internet claiming to be an anti-virus or anti-spyware program, but they're actually fake software that is the infection know as rouge programs. This fake software is meant to do one thing: trick you into buying it thinking it will solve the problem.
Watch out for these programs and DO NOT INSTALL them:
