Remote Desktop Support

Remote Desktop

Description

Remote Desktop is a technology that allows our technician to sit in front of his computer (called the client computer) and connect to a customer's computer (called the host computer) in a different location from anywhere in the world. A small program is downloaded from our website and is executed on the customer's computer. It's quick and easy.

Remote Control Desktop

Once the remote desktop program has been downloaded, the customer is 100% in control since he or she is controlling the live connection. The program uses the customer's high-speed internet connection to connect to the technician's computer.

Once the connection is established, the technician can see a customer's computer screen allowing the technician to fix the computer problem as if he were physical in front of the computer. The remote desktop service offered offers the following advantages:

PC requirements:

Note: * Windows Vista and Windows 7 users must temporarily disable User Account Control (UAC). Install TweakUAC to temporarily disabled UAC. User must re-enable UAC after session.
