Remote Control Desktop
Once the remote desktop program has been downloaded, the customer is 100% in control since he or she is controlling the live connection. The program uses the customer's high-speed internet connection to connect to the technician's computer.
Once the connection is established, the technician can see a customer's computer screen allowing the technician to fix the computer problem as if he were physical in front of the computer. The remote desktop service offered offers the following advantages:

- Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, 2003, XP, Vista or Windows 7*
- High speed internet connection
Note: * Windows Vista and Windows 7 users must temporarily disable User Account Control (UAC). Install TweakUAC to temporarily disabled UAC. User must re-enable UAC after session.
